Business Protection – Dual-WAN
An enterprise session border controller is delivered as part of the service. It can take a PRI (no change to your internal operation) or native SIP handoff from your PBX. When configured in dual-WAN mode, if your primary ISP goes down voice flows over the second ISP.
Scalability when you need it
Our basic mSIP deployment is 23 channels and can be expanded one channel at a time if needed. You don’t have to over-invest in capacity like you do with a PRI. We also have a metro-package which can be deployed with 12 channels.
nexVortex Service Monitor – Visibility
We manage and monitor the mSIP service and we give you access to the information as well (via a private portal). Our data collection, correlation, and visualization tools consolidate call-quality data at multiple points along the call path and report on where, when, and how badly quality is being impacted. We can pinpoint trouble and fix it.
Traffic is carried over our nationwide private MPLS network reducing latency, packet loss, and jitter which are killers of voice quality.
With our nVSM tool we collect and analyze call-quality statistics at multiple points along the call path and report on them in real-time.
