Conferencing
The nexVortex Audio Conferencing service offers reservation less, on demand conferencing for up to 35 participants. Access to your conference bridge is typically done using a dedicated tollfree number but standard telephone numbers and even international access numbers in most countries can be setup.
All nexVortex SIP Trunking accounts automatically come with Audio Conferencing on a pay as you go basis. Audio Conferencing can also be purchased as a stand alone service without
purchasing nexVortex's SIP Trunking service. All accounts can have multiple access numbers and multiple conference bridges.
Conference calls are billed on a per minute basis based on the number of participants on the call and how long each participant is connected to the audio bridge.
nexVortex Audio Conferencing service is tightly integrated with our SIP Trunking service.
Through our online web portal you will be able to view your conferencing details in real-time, check your access numbers and manage your conference security PINs.
Set Up and Activation
Setup and service activation is quick and easy and can be done literally in minutes. If you are new to nexVortex, simply register on our website by clicking on the green "Sign Up Today" to the right under "Create An Account.". Existing customers can order a conference bridge through their existing web portal. There are no setup or activation fees and if you decide the service is not right for you there are no disconnection charges.
